The MODALO Repair Service for MODALO, LUXWINDER and LUXTIME watch winders includes the following performances:

• Replacement of technical components with original parts

Repair at a fixed price
We guarantee you a fixed price for the selected repair services and the required spare parts. If it turns out that further services are necessary for the repair, we will contact you to coordinate the details before we start with the additional repair work.
12 months guarantee
We grant a12-month guarantee on all installed spare parts for repairs carried out by us.
Please note that the services mentioned do not include any damage to the housing, paint, material or glass.
Important information before sending in the defective device:
Please send in the defective device together with the order number. The device must be sent as an insured shipment, freight collect shipments will not be accepted.
Devices submitted for repair are usually processed and shipped within 14 days. You will be informed of the current status by email. If we do not find any payment or collection of the repaired device within this period, the devices will be stored by us for a fee. Storage fees are set at 2.50 euros per day. If no payment or collection takes place after our last reminder, the device becomes the property of MODALO GmbH.
